Office Manager at Dental Arts of Salem
Carol joined our team in August 2017. She entered the dental field in 2005 as a Medical Transcriptionist and happened to find her first job in that role in a large dental practice. From there she took on more responsibility as she learned about insurance, treatment planning, and taking good care of patients in all aspects. With her broad background, along with the skills and knowledge for keeping a dental office running smoothly, Carol makes a positive impact for our patients as well as for our team. In her role as Office Manager, Carol is very excited to always learn more about the clinical side of dental care. Having an understanding of the “why’s” and “how’s” of dentistry helps her in helping patients have a good knowledge of not just their choices for treatment, but calming any fears or anxiety. She supports patients by finding answers for any and all questions so that every dental care experience in our office is the best possible in meeting each person’s expectations. Carol’s first joy in life is her family – she and her husband have four daughters and their first grandchild !

“As a dental assistant, I enjoy working on making every dental visit feel more as a second home rather than a fearful place.”
After every dental visit of my own being an inquisitive and fulfilled learning experience, curiosity lead me to Seacoast Career School in Manchester achieving high honors in the Dental Assisting Program. I love helping patients and making them feel comfortable and happy with their smiles and overall health of their teeth.
Days off are spent waitressing, enjoying time learning new things, experiences with customers, and excelling in giving wonderful customer service. With spare time she loves spending time conversing teeth, cars, and trucks with her boyfriend Benjamin. She enjoys reading, fitness, and discussing healthy diet tricks.
I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. But the staff at both facilities are very attentive, and they show concern and make sure you feel comfortable. They also take their time explaining things. I appreciate that.Rima A.
