Dental Arts of New Hampshire is a Dental Implant office where Dental implants are done under one roof. Our Office also specializes in Immediate Dental Implants or same day Dental Implants.
Dental implants are a great way to replace missing teeth and also provide a fixed solution to having removable partial or complete dentures. Dental Implants provide excellent support and stability for dentures or teeth.
Dental implants or Tooth Implants are artificial roots and teeth ( titanium) that are surgically placed into the upper or lower bone by a dentist or a specialist. The teeth attached to implants are very natural looking and enhance or restore a patient’s smile!
Dental implants are strong and durable and last many years.
Reasons for dental implants:
- Replace one or more missing teeth without affecting adjacent teeth.
- Resolve joint pain or bite problems caused by teeth shifting into missing tooth space.
- Restore a patient’s confident smile.
- Restore chewing, speech, and digestion.
- Restore or enhance facial tissues.
- Support a bridge or denture, making it more secure and comfortable.
Dental Implant Procedure?
The process of getting implants requires a number of visits within 6 months.
Dental Arts utilizes CTBT or 3-D Scan technology for all the Dental Implants, as the procedure of dental Implants becomes more predictable with almost no failures. CTBT or 3-D Technology analyzes the amount of bone to check whether a patient has enough bone to support the Implant.
CTBT or 3-D Scan and X-rays of the teeth are taken to determine bone, gum tissue, and spacing available for an implant. We utilize the dental stent for almost all our Implants.
While the area is numb, the implant will be surgically placed into the bone and allowed to heal and integrate itself for five to six months. After Six months the Implant is uncovered a scan is taken and sent to the dental lab for a post ( Abutment ) that will hold the artificial tooth ( crown ) in place.
Normal implant procedure is for 6 months. After a healing period, the artificial teeth are securely attached to the implant, providing excellent stability and comfort to the patient.
You will receive care instructions when your treatment is completed. Good oral hygiene and eating habits, alongside regular dental visits, will aid in the life of your new implant.

I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. But the staff at both facilities are very attentive, and they show concern and make sure you feel comfortable. They also take their time explaining things. I appreciate that.Rima A.
